Starting in Arcachon and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, then expanding along the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts and far beyond our borders our goal has always been to be right where the product our clients need can be found.
Our expertise as a mareyeur (seafood wholesaler) allows us to showcase a truly unique selection of seafood, identified in our range by the Qualité Mericq Criée (QMC) label for over 20 years. A 3.5 kg line-caught sea bass, an 8 kg turbot… : the variety is unmatched worldwide not only by the sheer number of species landed by our fishers, but also by the quality of their work and the freshness of the precious catch from their short trips at sea.
On the western tip of Brittany, local gillnetters land, exclusively for our clients, outstanding fish every day. These small day-boat fisheries bring back catches of monkfish, turbot, brill, John Dory, and line-caught sea bass delighting connoisseurs of premium-quality seafood.
